Want to make your grocery budget go further? Come learn with Arkansas Asset Builders at our workshop on Healthy Nutrition on a Budget.
Join us on Thursday, May 7th at 10 am for a presentation by guest speaker Mary Beth Groce, the Faulkner County Family and Consumer Science Agent. She has been with the U of A Extension Service for 11 years, teaching programs on nutrition, finance, and family life.
You’ll learn tips for smart shopping, growing your own food, using SNAP benefits, and finding affordable, healthy options in your community. Attend in person at the Faulkner County Library or join online. Registrants will receive details for virtual access.
