IRS Outreach & Problem Solving Days

Did you end up with a big balance due to the IRS for 2025 and you’re not sure how you will be able to pay it? Do you have prior year tax issues still hanging over your head? Have you tried to call the IRS for help but were not able to get your questions answered? We have an opportunity for you to address your tax issues and get your questions answered in person!

Arkansas Asset Builders is partnering with the Office of Congressman French Hill to present a series of Tax Problem Solving Days in Central Arkansas this March. Free help from the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service and Legal Aid of Arkansas’ Low Income Taxpayer Clinic will be available to all on a first-come, first-served basis.

Join us at one of our upcoming stops:

  • Little Rock: Tuesday, March 17 at UA-Pulaski Tech Campus Center (10 AM to 2 PM)

  • Conway: Thursday, March 26 at The Don Owen Sports Center (10 AM to 2 PM)

At these events, you will be able to meet directly with advocates and experts to receive assistance with unresolved IRS tax problems. If your tax problem meets IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service case criteria, they will assign a Case Advocate to continue working directly with you until your issue is resolved. Everyone will receive personalized, step-by-step guidance on how to move forward with resolving your issue. No appointments are required, but pre-registration is encouraged.

If you are not able to attend these events, we have information and resources that can help you figure out what is going on with your taxes. Check out our resources on understanding IRS notices, or read more about how to identify whether a tax-related message you receive is legitimate or a scam.
